Once again, I used mobile carpet and floor cleaning and requested mike for my second service, always goes above and beyond and ensures that cleanliness will be long lasting. I have four dogs, and they generate lots of odor as you can imagine, he uses deodorizers and enzymes to kill bacteria and leaves my house super fresh. At the last minute I decided to go local. Mobile answered the phone and set an appointment immediately. The cost was considerably higher than Groupon so I had my doubts. Michael showed up on time and started to work immediately. The difference is totally night and day. Michael was friendly respectful and worked like nobody else. He is a professional and took great pride in his work. His work fully exceeded the price that I paid. Don't be duped by flighty sales gimmick cleaners. They come to you but minimum charge is $150 so be prepared to spend no less What if you only have "one thing" to clean etc . Don't expect to spend any less than $150 Makes you think hm. Maybe I spend $50 bucks more and buy a new rug for $200. Fortunately I had two rugs that needed washing so worked out. I offered to drive to them to save $ and maybe not have that minimum call out $150 feet, but they don't have a place for you to go to. That's the one complaint I have is to have options to spend less with the company in case you only have one rug to wash and don't need $150 in work :( otherwise they were efficient, came in timely manner, and communicated well.Posted on Yelp
